Welcome to Sage Essendon!

Come along 10-15 minutes before the start of your first class to allow our instructor to welcome you to the studio and answer any questions you might have.

Please remember to bring a sweat towel and water bottle with you to your class. All our classes are done either barefoot or using Pilates socks - these can be purchased at our studio and there are lockers available to store your belongings.

Your Intro Offer will expire 14 days after your first visit.
We recommend booking 3 classes in your first week and 2 in your second to make the most of your trial!

Late Cancels (within 5 hours) will incur a $10 fee and No Shows will incur a $15 fee so please manage your schedule carefully to avoid any additional charges!
